○ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 1day in advance to avoid any charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
○ Refunds will not be issued for missed or canceled appointments if proper notice is not provided.
○ In the case of extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly, and we may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
3. Billing Errors
○ In the event of a billing error or overcharge, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
We will review the situation and issue a refund if necessary.
4. Non-refundable Services
○ Fees for services rendered are non-refundable once the appointment has occurred.
5. Insurance and Payment Plans
○ If you are utilizing insurance or a payment plan, please be aware that any refund requests related to coverage or
billing will be processed according to the insurance provider’s policies or the terms of your payment plan.
